Lighting Program Delivery
We specialise in crafting tailored lighting solutions, managing every aspect from conceptualisation to implementation. Our team ensures efficient execution, maximising energy savings and enhancing environments with cutting-edge technology. Our process involves:
Qualify customer requirements for desired lighting outcomes.
Develop tender documentation for vendors and analyze responses to shortlist vendors.
Collaborate with customers to select a vendor and negotiate commercial terms and warranty requirements.
Prepare lighting upgrade plans based on the selected vendor's luminaire.
Prepare and invite tenders for electrical subcontractors, then analyze responses to shortlist them.
Manage induction, health and safety requirements, and chair project meetings to review progress.
Conduct a post-installation review to ensure lux levels and luminaire performance meet specifications and prepare an O&M manual.
Collaborate with customers to select subcontractors and develop a project plan, including a master delivery program for multiple sites.
Maintain dialogue with the customer to assist with any warranty or remedial activities and compare post-installation metrics against business case metrics.
Manage induction and all H&S requirements.
Where lighting controls have been specified, we work with the customer to qualify their requirements and on installation ensure these have been commissioned in the manner specified.
Conduct a post-installation review to compare business case metrics against those metrics being achieved.
We prepare an O&M manual containing updated asbuilts, luminaire data sheets, and lighting control data sheets.
Maintain dialogue with the customer to assist where required with any warranty of remedial activities.
Chair frequent project meetings to review progress against the plan.
Review and sign off on the completion of both the installed luminaire and installation work.
